Kathy – Office Manager
Our Office Manager has an impressive 49 years of dental practice management experience. Kathy is the backbone of our office. She brings calming confidence and unparalleled expertise to her role as office manager. Originally from the East Bay, Kathy now resides in Petaluma, where she enjoys entertaining, cooking, and caring for her home and garden. Kathy is a dedicated jazz enthusiast, often attending concerts and wine events. She treasures time with her two grown sons and her granddaughter Ivy, who keeps her life beautifully full.
Traci – Patient Concierge, Invisalign Specialist & Financial Coordinator
Traci has been an essential part of our team since 2011, wearing many hats in our office. As our patient concierge, Invisalign specialist, and financial coordinator, she is here to assist with any financial concerns or treatment questions you may have. Traci takes pride in being your advocate and ensuring you feel supported throughout your dental journey. Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her son, Jack, her English bull terrier, Callie, and tending to her 12 chickens. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her gardening, hunting, fishing, or exploring the great outdoors.
Kelly – Appointment Coordinator
The first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors is likely Kelly’s. As our appointment coordinator, Kelly ensures every patient feels welcomed and well cared for. With a background as a dental assistant, Kelly has first-hand knowledge of the details of your appointments. She studied sociology at Chico State and married her junior high sweetheart. Together, they have two wonderful children. A fan of all things Harry Potter, Kelly also loves playing board games with her family and creating magical moments at home.
Jeanine – Insurance Coordinator
Jeanine joined our team with a wealth of experience in dental administration, having worked in the field since 2007. She previously managed a small dental practice in Quincy, California, giving her a deep understanding of every aspect of practice management. Jeanine lives in Novato and has one son currently residing in Japan and two daughters here in Novato. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the scenic Marin County trails with her dog.
Kim – Dental Assistant
Kim has been a Dental Assistant at Novato Family Dental Care since 1992! As our lead assistant, Kim boasts a wealth of knowledge that she readily shares with the other team members. She loves working with patients and has built friendships through her work. Kim has an infectious laugh and always has a smile on her face. She has two daughters that live close by and a grandson whom she adores.
Jennifer – Dental Assistant
Jennifer has been brightening patients’ days and easing their dental fears since 2008. With her great sense of humor and dedication to patient comfort, she ensures everyone feels at ease in the dental chair. Jennifer excels at achieving the perfect X-ray and always has a smile behind her mask. When not at work, she loves hiking, picnicking in nature, and capturing the beauty of the world through photography. You might also find her enjoying concerts, festivals, and making the most of every moment.

Alyssa – Dental Assistant
Alyssa has been in the dental field for 4 years now. Throughout this time, she has found a passion for caring for patients and a dedication to making their experience as comfortable as possible. She is a firm believer in growth and is always looking forward to expanding her knowledge in her career. When she’s not in the office, she likes to spend time with her family and loved ones. Whether it’s a lazy day at home or a full day of shopping. Being in the presence of the ones she cares about brings her a level of joy and comfort that is incomparable.
Maria – Dental Hygienist
Maria has been with the practice for many years and is well liked by staff and patients. Maria was born and raised in San Francisco. Besides loving her career in healthcare, she is a student at Splitz Dance Academy for Hip Hop. She enjoys her volunteer work/fundraising for non-profits such as Second Harvest Food Bank. In the past, Maria was involved with Surfrider events/beach clean up. She has also enjoyed her time working the auctions for the Asian Women’s Shelter. When she is not working on our patient’s smiles, she loves going to museums, hiking and spending time with family and friends. Maria speaks Spanish fluently and conversational Italian.
Suping – Dental Hygienist
With 22 years of experience as a dedicated dental hygienist, I am passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping people achieve confident, healthy smiles. I value building trusting relationships with patients, creating a comfortable experience, and educating them on lifelong oral health. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through exercise, exploring creativity through watercolor painting, and playing the piano.
Quiana – Dental Hygienist
Quiana has been a valued member of the office for many years, contributing expertise and dedication to the team. She is originally from Novato and has a deep connection to the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time in nature, particularly hiking and exploring the outdoors. She cherishes moments with family and friends, always balancing professional and personal life with care and enthusiasm.
Mary – Dental Hygienist
Mary has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 23 years. Her greatest satisfaction at work is seeing healthy, happy smiles on people’s faces. She loves what she does, and she always strives to make our patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their teeth cleanings. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 6-year-old niece, who is the joy of her life. She also loves cooking, gardening and spending time at the beach.
