Policies & Payment



Dedicated to being on time for appointments, we do ask that our patients be punctual as well. We value your time and hope to get you on your way as soon as possible. We are also committed to treating all true dental emergencies, and in that case, if any emergency interferes with your appointment we will advise you immediately.


We reserve time especially for you. If you need to change a appointment, we ask for a minimum notice of 2 business days. The first time a patient cancels or reschedules within that two day window there is no fee, as we understand life can be unpredictable and these things happen. The second time there is a $75 fee.

Patients with insurance

As a courtesy to you, our office will gladly submit claims to your insurance. We are able to bill all traditional indemnity insurance plans. While we will do our best to estimate the portion of your dental treatment that your insurance will cover, ultimately your insurance coverage is between you and your insurer.

The insurance industry is constantly changing waiting periods, coverage terms, and conditions which may limit their reimbursement to you. Any treatment rendered on your part is your responsibility, irrespective of your insurance reimbursement.


We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Payment of your “estimated” portion is due at the time of service. If there is a balance due after your insurance company processes your claim, we will send you a statement.

Our office allows 90-day payment plans for balances over $400. If you need to finance your balance for longer than 90 days, we offer a third party service called CareCredit with which you can pay your balance to us. CareCredit offers finance plans for up to 12 months.

Unpaid insurance claims

All dental services rendered, covered by insurance or not, are ultimately the financial responsibility of the account holder. We will give your insurance 60 days to remit payment. If there is still no payment after 60 days, in order to keep your account current, you will be 100% responsible for the outstanding claim.

At this time a statement will be sent to you and it will be your responsibility follow up with your insurance company regarding non-payment of a claim.


We offer a 10% discount for seniors 65 and older that do not have insurance.


If you have a urgent problem, please call our office immediately so we can see you as soon as possible. If you have a emergency after hours, Dr. Perry or Dr. Freemantle can be reached by calling the office phone number and getting our individual phone numbers from our voicemail recording.
